Skull fucking is taken from the phrase, "I'm going to gouge out your eyes and skull fuck you." The line is a gem stolen from the movie Full Metal Jacket. If you haven't seen the flick, you should, it's great.
At any rate, you're "boyfriend" is a psychopath and should be locked up. Even if he's not violent, his complete lack of couth is criminal.
Dump this maniac so he can go back to fingering the dog, while you get on with your life.
