I am in a very difficult situation because both my boyfriend and I have mental disorders. He has clinical depression and I have post-traumatic stress disorder. We both have therapists and medication, and communicate a lot about how we're feeling or coping with our relationship. He has this wonderful sense of patience but everytime we hit a bump, I want to throw my hands in the air and walk out. How do people keep their faith in relationships even when its this tough?

It's tough when things are like this. You need someone to lean on and so does he...but the great thing about that is you can lean on each other.

I personally am in a long-distance relationship that has been really rough. Here lately I have really needed to lean on him for support and really he hasn't been able to be there for me. I just keep the faith in remembering that we love each other and in order to have good times sometimes we just have to go through the rough times.
